Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Studio 121, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we operate by appointment only, last-minute cancellations and rescheduling directly impact our small business and our service providers. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. • Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the 50% fee. We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a true emergency, please contact us directly and we will review on a case-by-case basis. ⸻ Same-Week Rescheduling While we always do our best to accommodate schedule changes, Studio 121 cannot guarantee same-week rescheduling for appointments canceled within the 72-hour window. Our stylists are often fully booked, and the next available appointment may be several weeks out. Canceling or rescheduling within the 72-hour window does not guarantee immediate rebooking. ⸻ No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Future bookings may require prepayment to secure the appointment. • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges. ⸻ Why This Policy Exists Studio 121 is a luxe, appointment-only salon. When an appointment is missed or canceled last minute, that time often cannot be filled and our service providers lose income. This policy helps protect our team’s time and allows us to continue providing a high-quality experience for every guest.
